Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on lousheli.com by a consumer. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them. The French version prevails over this translation.

Each item is described and photographed as accurately as possible: measurements, materials and condition are stated on its page. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Items are offered while stocks last. They are also sold during our live sales: if an item is no longer available after your payment, you are informed and refunded in full straight away.

Prices are in euros. Shipping costs are shown before payment and added to the total. The price applied is the one displayed when the order is placed.

You choose your items, delivery method and address, accept these terms, then pay. The order is final once payment is confirmed; a confirmation email with the order details is then sent to you.

We may refuse an order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute about a previous order.

Payment is made at the time of order through PayPal, with a PayPal account or directly by credit/debit card. Payment data is processed by PayPal and never reaches us. Your account is debited when the order is confirmed.

We deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg by Colissimo (home delivery) or Mondial Relay (pickup point). Orders are shipped within 2 working days of payment; transit times are shown at checkout. See Shipping & returns.

Risk passes to you when you or a person you designate take physical possession of the parcel. If delivery is late beyond the announced time, you may cancel the order under articles L.216-6 and following of the French Consumer Code. Please check the parcel on receipt and tell us within 3 days of any damage.

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Tell us by email at contact@lousheli.com (or with the form below), then send the items back within 14 days of that message, in their original condition, unworn beyond trying on, with their labels. Return costs are paid by you.

You are liable for any loss of value of an item that has been worn, washed, damaged or has lost its label: the refund is reduced accordingly (article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code). We do not offer direct exchanges: send the item back and place a new order.

We refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the items back.

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears whose protection has been removed cannot be returned (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery — one year for second-hand goods — and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules of your country of residence.
